	<title>pizzzzza</title>

			除了日常煮飯以外﹐阿四巳有好一段時間沒有閒情日緻做麵飽西餅。朋友R著我陪她到GBC上了一課pizza﹐讓阿四從溫揉麵糰的良好感覺﹐我寫作能力有限﹐實在不知怎樣去用文字來形容﹐只能占那個滑滑的麵糰可愛極了 ^_____^

老師是正宗意大利人﹐做比薩麵糰除用了普通麵粉外﹐還加入了semolina flour。老師說semolina flour就是比薩麵糰的靈魂﹐沒有了它﹐你就只會吃到在pizza pizza比薩快餐店吃到的硬實餅底。老師做的薄底比薩﹐讓我明白到semolina flour的作用﹐實在美味極了。

可惜的是﹐我們並沒有機會親自做一次麵糰﹐因為麵糰老師早就準備好。希望我能準快找到semolina flour﹐然後在家能照板煮碗做到老師水準的麵糰。

			第六個星期的麵飽課﹐讓我失望極了...... 

大概是希望越大失望越大﹐每一個上完這個麵飽課的朋友也跟我說﹐全個課程最好吃的就是第六個星期做的sour dough。滿心歡喜的待到第六個星期﹐得到的竟然是這個只能用這個表情來形容的麵飽   天呀﹐不公平﹗﹗﹗﹗﹗

就算我有多怕食whole wheat bread﹐我也吃了一大口﹔就算我有多怕吃nine grains bread﹐我也吃了一大口還讚美他帶有淡淡甜味﹔就算我有多怕吃cinnamon﹐我也吃了一口老師做佈滿了cinnamon的chop suey bread﹐証明不因我個人口味﹐但這個sour dough﹐一入口﹐實在忍不住立刻吐了出來﹐實在是越級難吃哦!!!!!!

			今個禮拜我無麵飽食﹐唔公平唔公平﹐做得咁辛苦無份食

健康食品我最怕﹐尤其係bran。whole wheat bread整個飽佈滿bran﹐9 grains bread 還好一點﹐最少沒有bran但卻有很多像種籽的東東在裏面﹐唔鍾意食唔鍾意食唔鍾意食。為了試味﹐勉唯其難吃了一口﹐9 grains bread還可以吃完那一小角﹐whole wheat bread﹐只吃到一口﹐我儘了人事啦.......

最後全靠拍擋rosa和阿五好心收留﹐我的四條麵飽不用跟垃圾先生打交道。

			我正在修讀的這個certificate course﹐要求完成六個compulsory courses  和4個elective courses﹐是george brown college的continuing education department開辦的。在多倫多﹐這學校尚算有名﹐很多這邊的酒店的head chef也是GBC畢業生。直到今天為止﹐我報讀過9個課程﹐只有一個老師比較差﹐但卻遇過一個或以上很好什至乎超級好的老師。個人應為﹐有興趣向這方面發展的朋友﹐可考慮到這學校進修去。但老師總有好壞﹐不理學校有多好﹐總有壞份子攪鬼......
