蕃薯方包

20090913 sweet potato bread

很久沒有上菜﹐手上有前一晚吃不完又不夠甜的煨蕃薯﹐就用來做蕃薯方包好了。
還未打好麵糰﹐就巳知道方包組織必定不好﹐何解﹖
因為有人家裏只有二百多克的高筋麵粉(要400克)﹐心裏想就用中筋來頂替好了﹐
但手卻拿了低筋粉﹐麵糰打到一半才發現(因為實在黏﹐去找手粉時發現用錯了)﹐
發現太遲﹐只好硬著頭皮繼續打下去。

來看看麵包組織吧﹗不是一百分﹐卻比我想像中好﹐最少方包成型沒問題。

原食譜用砂糖﹐我用了仙人掌蜂蜜粉來做﹐把方包切片再放入多士爐烘一下﹐
就能勉強嗅到一點點的蕃薯味和一點點的蜂蜜味﹐還可以吃人就是了。

P.S.
沒有吸取上一次做蜂密山型包的教訓﹐有人還是沒有好好睇火﹐包頂又烘燶了 ^__^

yes, it said it is cactus honey powder. smell very good!
