蜜糖山型包

天氣開始有一點點悶熱﹐合該是做麵包的好時機﹐
因為麵糰發酵得更快﹐不用等到頸長才有得吃。
可是天氣熱﹐人就隨知變懶不願動﹐再加上怕熱怕流汗﹐就更沒心機做了。

早前在farmer market買了一大瓶raw wild flowers honey﹐
買時心想是要用來做蜜糖麵包(因為實在超大瓶沒可能吃得完)﹐
最後上星期把起心做了一次﹐可是發過龍失敗了。
昨天再做﹐成功囉﹗

包面有點焦﹐是我顧著看電視沒看火的後果﹗

今次減了水﹐麵糰不會太黏手,好多了;
可是蜜糖味還是不夠﹐下次下雙倍份量﹐
我實在很想吃到香甜蜜味的包包哦﹗

看看麵包組織吧﹗

do u use conventional oven for baking this bread or those specialized one for bread ?

i use conventional oven that come with my stove. nothing special just a basic oven la.
