英國在60年代發行唱片的 Schedule 其實是頗密集的﹐除了單曲之外﹐又會發EP﹐還有LP專輯﹐故此Gerry & Pacemakers 在1963年12月發行了You’ll Never Walk Alone EP之後﹐一月即發行全新單曲 I’m The One﹐但是到了2月﹐這兩首A/B Side 已加上兩首 Album Track ﹐便又成為了“I’m The One”EP 了。

You’ll Never Walk Alone 是抒情的﹐但是到了“I’m The One”EP﹐所有歌曲都回復了輕快的節奏﹐此EP 登上流行榜第11位﹐當中3首歌曲均由 Gerry Marsden 或跟隊員一同創作。


I'm the One﹕原是1964年1月所發的單曲﹐在英國取得流行榜第2位﹐但是在美國尚未有甚麼迴響﹐才登上Billboard 第82位而已。
