每當一些Legend歌手/樂手逝世﹐唱片公司除了發精選唱片之外﹐最吸引樂迷的繼續掏腰包的﹐莫不如一些封塵了的Unreleased Tracks 或電台錄音了﹐於是市面上除了無數重發的Singles﹑甚麼20週年紀念版之外﹐Beatles 也深明此道﹐1994年就在電台挖掘了一批舊錄音﹐發行了一套全新 Beatles 專輯 - Live At The BBC (1994/Apple)。

這批電台錄音取自英國BBC﹐錄音日期為1963-1965年﹐是Beatles 成名初期。在專輯中﹐收錄了69首電台錄音﹐當中包括了訪問﹐Beatles 歌曲﹐甚至一些Rock N Roll 歌曲的 Cover Version﹐這些都是他們在 Hamberg 及Liverpool 經常演唱的歌曲。雖然錄音的音色沒有 Studio Recording 般出色﹐但是它們勝在珍貴﹐而且從歌曲中可見 一代經典樂團的音樂根源﹐之後也引來一大堆BBC電台錄音曝光﹐這包括了David Bowie﹑Led Zeppelin﹑Jimi Hendrix﹑Cream﹑The Who 等。

為了宣傳這套Live At The BBC﹐英國方面於1995年3月20日推出了 “Baby It’s You”(1995/Apple) EP﹐除了第一Track 之外﹐其餘3首均沒有出現在專輯中﹐是 Singles Only Tracks。4首歌曲﹐均由Beatles四子一人一首擔任主唱﹐非常公平﹐這是Beatles 樂隊時期沒有出現的現象。這張EP 登上了英國流行榜第7位﹐而美國方面在4月17日才發行﹐但樂迷反應平平﹐只登上Billboard 第67位。
