1976年6月8日﹐Capitol 又為 Beatles 發行了一張“Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da”單曲﹐這首取自 The Beatles (White Album) 的歌曲﹐由 Paul McCartney所寫﹐John Lennon 曾坦言非常討厭它﹐它於1976年登上Billboard 第49位。

Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da 的 B Side 是 Juila﹐也是取自“The Beatles (White Album)”(1968/Apple)”專輯中的歌曲。它的出現非常有趣﹐因為專輯中 Paul 唱完甜蜜蜜的 I Will 之後﹐即轉入 John 的歌曲 Juila﹐大唱反調。 Juila 是 John寫於印度之旅的歌曲﹐這也是他母親的名字。John 與母親的關係並不好﹐可是經過修補之後﹐正當漸入佳境之際﹐Juila 就被休班的醉酒警員撞死了﹐她遇上這車禍時正在等巴士﹐時為1958年。
