一個屬於Vee-Jay Records的新 Label - Tollie﹐也於 1964年3月2日火速推出 Beatles的舊歌作新單曲。這首 Twist And Shout 來自 Beatles在英國首張專輯“Please Please Me”(1963/Parlophone)﹐並非Beatles的作品﹐乃是翻唱自美國樂隊的舊歌錄此曲時﹐John 正在病中﹐並且咳嗽﹐所以沙啞的聲音帶來十足搖滾味道。在 Beatlemania 的熱潮下﹐Twist And Shout 推出了只有19日﹐即輕易打上 Billboard 亞軍位置4星期﹐並且於4月4日與其他四張Beatles單曲五連環佔據 Billboard頭5名位置。這也是唯一一張 Beatles 演唱 Cover Version 的單曲﹐銷售超過百萬張﹐並且得到 Top 10 位置。
