一首令人感動的歌曲 – Don’t Laugh At Me首次收錄於1998年鄉謠歌手Mark Wills專輯Wish You Were Here。翌年﹐著名民歌組合Peter Paul & Mary亦翻唱此曲收錄於Songs Of Conscience & Concern專輯中。

去年 (2004年) Peter Yarrow來港舉行演唱會也曾演唱此曲﹐並介紹由歌曲引申而來的 Don’t Laugh At Me Project。此計劃由Peter創辦的非牟利機構Operation Respect所推行﹐致力在學校﹐營舍等建立一個富同情心﹐有安全感發互相尊重的環境。本月4日 (2005年)﹐Peter重臨香江﹐在教育界推行此計劃﹐並舉行Peter Yarrow和諧校園音樂會。細嚼此曲的歌詞﹐你會對人與人關係有另一番的體會。
