ABBA 經過一張精選輯後﹐算是踏入第一個階段的總結﹐1976年他們又再重新出﹐發行了“Arrival”(1976/Polydor) 專輯﹐首張單曲乃是 Dancing Queen。

Dancing Queen是 ABBA所有單曲中最成功的一首﹐它成為美國 Billboard冠軍歌﹐可惜也是他們唯一一首美國冠軍歌﹐至於英國方面﹐它成為6星期的冠軍﹐另外在老家瑞典14星期連冠﹐還有在挪威﹑愛爾蘭﹑德國﹑比利時﹑澳洲﹑新西蘭等皆取得冠軍寶座。至於加拿大﹑芬蘭﹑瑞士﹑奧地利及法國均能晉第5大。

距離千禧不遠﹐瑞典年輕組合A*Teens出版了一張向 ABBA致敬的專輯“The ABBA Generation”(1999/Stockholm)﹐ 翻唱了11首 ABBA大熱金曲﹐頗受歡迎﹐當中包括了Dancing Queen﹐至於演繹是否很理想﹐隨著時代不同﹐則見仁見智。
