1979年Casablanca 開始成為 Donna Summer 唱片世界性發行﹐首張專輯為 Bad Girls﹐然而也成為她在該公司最後的一張全新專輯。

Casablanca 長期控制 Donna 的形像﹐成為野性及壞女孩一族﹐不單令到她陷於失眠狀態﹐而且也局限了她的歌曲自主權。雖然當時仍是 Disco 的天下﹐但是她最早期的歌曲其實頗多元化﹐R&B的﹑抒情的﹐甚至別忘了她還錄過 Musical 呢﹐於是她加盟了 David Geffen 新成立的唱片公司 Geffen Records。而 Casablanca 為 Donna 發行了首張世界性精選On the Radio: Greatest Hits Volumes I & II。

這張精選也是雙唱片集﹐是 Donna Summer連續發行的第4張雙唱片集﹐得到 Billboard專輯榜冠軍﹐它也為她有來世界紀錄﹐就是連續3張雙唱片得到Billboard冠軍的第一人。16首歌曲包括3首由14首歌曲Remix 而成的串燒歌﹐另外還加入了與被稱為 Songbird 的 Barbra Streisand合唱的 Disco歌曲No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)﹐ 此曲的12”長達11分多鐘﹐另外還收錄了兩個版本的 On The Radio﹐它是為1980年電影 Foxes 所寫的插曲。這張精選也是當時筆者唾涎的唱片﹐可是還是因為金錢有限﹐要待至90年代才買來 CD 版﹐雖然慣聽了 12” 或 LP 版本﹐但是把較短的 Single Edit 串起來﹐又令人手舞足蹈跳起舞來了。

No More Tears (Enough Is Enough) 由 Donna Summer與 Barbra Streisand合唱﹐得到美國 Billboard冠軍位置達兩星期﹐也是 Donna在美國最後一支冠軍單曲﹐而英國則得到第3位。因為兩人屬不同唱片公司﹐故7” Single由 Casablanca發行﹐至於12” 則由 CBS出版﹐不過達8分多鐘的全長版本則收錄於 Barbra Streisand的 Wet (1979/CBS) 專輯中﹐長達12分多的版本則歸 Donna的On the Radio: Greatest Hits Volumes I & II (1979/Casablanca) 精選。一直以來總感到它屬 Donna Summer的歌曲﹐而 Barbra只是藉 Donna的 Disco舞曲迎合潮流上位而已﹐至今感覺未變。
