從 True Blue 專輯描取的第4及第5張單曲﹐分別是 Open Your Heart 及 La Isla Bonita﹐直到第5張單曲發行已是1987年的事了。

Opening Your Heart 在美國成冠﹐英國方面取得第4位﹐然而 La Isla Bonita 的成績卻是把 Opening Your Heart 的英美位置互換。不過筆者並不喜歡前者﹐卻是對後者愛不釋手﹐一首帶有南美節奏的歌曲﹐跟 Madonna 過往的歌曲比較﹐很不一樣。

La Isla Bonita﹕基於相同唱片公司關係﹐此曲很快便被葉蒨文改編為粵語版“海旁獨唱”﹐ 收錄於“甜言蜜語”(1987/Wea) 專輯中﹐其後為了力 Plug這首歌﹐也推出了一個特長混音版本﹐收錄於“葉蒨文Remix EP ”(1987/Wea) 中﹐該張唱片以透明紫色膠印製﹐這也是少數筆者喜歡的葉蒨文歌曲。

La Isla Bonita的意思是美麗的島嶼﹐筆者很喜歡它的 Remix Version﹐而且也很喜愛它的 Dub Mix﹐後來從黑膠唱片轉到CD年代﹐它是第一張筆者重買的Madonna Remix﹐不過當時這批 Remix已屬過氣吧﹐美國並沒有發行﹐香港方面販賣的都是德國及澳洲重發的 CD Single﹐雖然不喜歡它們的音色﹐然而這是唯一選擇。這張 La Isla Bonita Super Mix並沒有註明 CD出版日期﹐乃由澳洲華納出版﹐其實這張 EP是根據1987年的一張日本EP重發﹐收錄的歌曲成為一張超值的迷你精選。除了 La Isla Bonita的 Exntended Remix及 Instrumental外﹐還有 Opening Your Heart的 Extended Version﹐更重要的是收錄了電影 Vision Quest原聲帶中的兩首單曲 Crazy For You及 Gambler﹐而後者極少出現在任何CD中。
