當 Like A Virgin 專輯出版後﹐Madonna 紅得發紫﹐Material Girl 單曲發行了3星期後﹐Madonna 首次為電影主唱的插曲 Crazy For You 也作單曲發行﹐歌曲來自電影Vision Quest﹐Madonna 也粉墨登場客串演唱此曲﹐但自此她的戲癮也開始了。

Vision Quest電影原聲帶由 Geffen出版﹐當年這間公司應該還是與Warner拉上關係﹐但香港版則由 CBS/Sony出版﹐Madonna的歌曲可是搶手貨﹐所以這張唱片的賣點就是她吧。

Crazy For You的單曲同樣地也是由 Geffen發行﹐它是 Madonna 第2首美國冠軍歌曲﹐也是她首張非舞曲單曲﹐在美國稱冠﹐英國方面則得到第2位﹐1991年它再次在英國發行上榜成績依然是第2位。

抱你十個世紀﹕Crazy For You發行的同年﹐梅艷芳即主唱了粵語版“抱你十個世紀”﹐收錄於“壞女孩”(1985/華星) 專輯中。同期改編版也鬧了雙胞﹐陳美玲也有一個 Crazy For You的粵語版﹐收錄於“Pat Chan 陳美玲”(1985/EMI) 專輯中。

從 Vision Quest原聲帶專輯中﹐Geffen抽取了 Madonna另一首歌曲 Gambler作單曲發行﹐不過只限英國﹐得到流行榜第4位。這首歌曲﹐筆者個人認為非常精采﹐不過可能在美國一下子要發行 Like A Virgin專輯的單曲﹐加上 Into The Groove及 Crazy For You﹐Schedule實在太密了﹐所以它在美國只能在原聲帶專輯中找到﹐多年前澳洲 Sire/Warner把一張日本 La Isla Bonita Super Mix EP作CD版發行﹐才再收錄此曲。
