動人的窩心情歌小品
真希望我也能寫出這樣的歌呀！

前幾天收到小白兔的電子報,說進了I love you but I've chosen darkness的新專輯,推薦寫說"喜歡Joy Division又不怕吵的人可以聽",於是趁著去The Wall包艾蜜莉表演門票的時候買了這張專輯.

果不期所然的好聽啊!尤其是"Acording To Plan"這首歌,凶狠、冷酷無情的bassline更是激起我沉睡已久的熱情 (大概是我近期聽過最屌的bass演奏) ! 音樂風格泛著八零年代的闇黑氛圍的他們,彷彿是當年在Hacienda演奏的樂隊一般,更爆的是,這支樂隊居然是來自美國德州,一個和Post-Punk八竿子打不着的地方!

或許沒有來時尚之都紐約出身的Interpol來的有型,也不及Colder的摩登電氣化和病態美,不過他們的音樂内容確實緊湊,配合起這個絕望的團名,這張專輯真的讓人耳目一新!

期待許久,來自Leeds的iForward,Russia!終於出了首張專輯"Give Me A Wall",滿足了之前只能在網路上下載現場bootleg版本的我.

iForward,Russia!流著Disco-Punk,Punk-Funk的血液,主唱Tom Woodhead有著標準後叛客的歇斯底里唱功(還是嘶吼? Whatever...),這也使得他們的音樂除了熱血沸騰之外也帶著種種不安的情緒.除了稍早發表的單曲"Nine"跟"Twelve"都是舞池內跳舞的上乘之選外,專輯中"Nineteen"的狂喜合成loop,以及帶有迷幻吉他的中慢板歌曲"Sixteen"也是樂隊在發行專輯前從來沒有聽過的新嘗試.

專輯由樂隊自創廠牌Dance To The Radio出版.另外很有趣地,他們的歌曲都是由數字來命名,不知道大家有沒有發現?
