再回到時光隧道裡如夢如幻的極樂情境。有一陣子家裡宴客，不分在場是老是少，我幾度把筆電連上電視，不分青紅皂白就播起來。我自己邊吃邊喝邊搖頭晃腦心盪神馳，偶而抬頭，對著一幫還算敬老尊賢的小友說，我覺得我們那時代的老東西，可以算是古典了吔。他們吃我的菜喝我的酒，很識趣的點點頭。也曾經對一位小美女說，Carly Simon 和 Carol King的嘴都很性感。她只喔了一聲。
也在一片熱情燃燒之際，把播放清單傳給兩個小姪女，請她們播給她們的爸爸比我小兩歲我的弟弟聽。我那個大姪女，小時上過一陣美語幼稚園，她和同學坐我車上，聽 Queens的〈We Will Rock You〉，對小朋友說，是我們要用石頭丟你的意思。也傳給小我四歲，自留學就業嫁人都在美國的妹妹。她告訴我，那些曲目在她夫妻的學院洋人生活圈裡引起一陣騷動。
