the unfaithful
The separation between ownership and jouissance is a separation between the order of the signifier, necessary to establish the law, and that which escapes, as jouissance, the capture by the symbolic. It is a way of saying that, at the level of jouissance, woman escapes, she runs away. Thus, women are unfaithful, even if they are faithful. They are essentially unfaithful.
