葉麗儀 Frances Yip (麗風唱片年代 ‧歐西歌曲)

1969年，身兼銀行秘書及輔警職務的Frances Yip 葉麗儀，參加了由HK-TVB為發掘新一代「歌演藝」人材而製作的「聲寶之夜」節目，憑著一曲"You Don't Have To Say You Love Me"於初賽中脫頴而出，其後再以一曲"Yesterday"於複賽中掄元。在本地樂壇中建立知名度後，她獲得Life Records麗風唱片公司邀請灌錄唱片，歐西及國語歌曲並兼。當然，她走上其歌唱事業最高峰的時期，毫無疑問地就必定是在80年代，為EMI灌唱顧嘉輝的作品及TVB劇集「上海灘」的同名主題曲。

    葉麗儀麗風的英文大碟你都好似齊哂(不計細碟因有很多).後期那幾張張較少見呀Frances Yip's Golden Hits (FA 10)Frances Scores Hits (FA 9)Ever Popular (FA 14)這3張都不是常見的,她在百代的英文唱片亦都較難集,因有些好似只是在新加坡發行的,我記得我買過一張83年出的.有唱張德蘭紫玉墜成英文版的,同時有幾張新加坡有出成cd,但只可在新加坡才買到...你有無買過呀?

    就閣下網上展示所收藏的葉麗儀麗風唱片的EP，本人除Love Story外全都有，另有一張閣下沒有的是It's Too Late。

    據本人所知，1977年出版的Take My Love大碟已被新加坡EMI唱片公司以CD形式再出版(估計是因為版權問題，其封套並無用回原有設計，但歌曲內容則完全一樣。)，但從未見港澳地區銷售，可能只是在新加坡發售。一如同屬新加坡EMI出版的七十年代黃鶯鶯英文大碟系列，只在出版地發售，而並無在港澳地區發售一樣。

    近日在麗風唱片的網頁發現三款葉麗儀麗風時期英語歌曲的CD，分別是：The Best Of Frances Yip(2004年)，Merry Christmas To All(2006年)，The Best Of Frances Yip Vol.2(2007年)。本人已通過匯款方式購買了這三款CD，該系列CD包含了葉麗儀麗風時期所灌錄的99%的英語歌曲。

    本人擁有一張估計是臺灣版的France Yip Greatest Hits(即LSP9048那張)，其Label是「雄獅」，碟內Side 1第三首歌是White Christmas，並非東南亞麗風版的The World I Threw Away。
