	<title>Carrier Is The Key  !</title>

			本篇標題中譯：載具才是XX關鍵！ 話說，國內有一個挺有名的電子報「XXX牆」(以下簡稱X牆)，敝人雖然從2004年底才接觸到它，但轉眼又過了一年多，縱使有些眼尖、會查證或慣於獨立思考的讀者，常在利用回應機制吐嘈它與其切磋，它還是不改初衷地繼續散佈其「獨特」看法[1]。在下也算是其眾多「忠實」讀者之一，上週X牆又刊出一篇講數位音樂的文章，當下敝人只是快速瞄了幾眼就傻住[2]。今天看到一則HiNet與 KKBOX要拆夥的新聞，突然憶起該篇文章，又跑去udn仔細看了一遍，突然腦裡靈光一閃：『Carrier Is The Key』。 KKBOX下一步應該會把提供其數位音樂服務的載具，以符合其DRM規格的前提下，從PC大力地擴散到如手機、MP3 Player、PDA等手持裝置上。今年是值得關注的一年，特別是在有十餘萬付費用戶的基礎上，要力抗Yahoo奇摩擁有的跨國支援與資源的話，專屬的MP3 隨身Player + 離線下載聆聽(目前此功能已提供在PC上)，將是KKBOX一大利器，iPod的威力已經讓人見識到好載具可怕的地方。說到『XX才是XX關鍵』這樣的語法，不禁又憶起2004年底Skype開始在VoIP領域掀起波瀾之時，X牆一連寫了四篇關於網路電話發展的文章，其中有一篇的標題為『號碼才是XX關鍵』。縱使Skype已經示範給大家看－配號碼不過就是眾多附加服務的一種，目前還是蠻多人抱持這個論調，其中包含不少國內既有的電信業者與欲經營網路電話的新進業者，害很多人(尤其經過傳統的大眾傳媒推波助瀾後)都以為有了電話號碼，VoIP的世界就會開啟嶄新的一頁，而電總核發門號，對這些業者來說，便成了市場競爭上一個很重要的分水嶺。 再看看該系列另外一篇『雙網XX死於XX補貼』的論點，遠的不說，對照最近Skype與 Hutchison 3 的合作案來看，等於狠很又給了X牆一巴掌顯然其說法不切合相關產業的發展態勢。 在當時個人就以為該系列的立論，都是從傳統電信商固守語音營收的角度去看，所以也去吐嘈切磋回應了不少，這個時點回去看當時的不怎麼成熟的想法，咦？有好些都碰巧臆測到，哈哈哈[3]~。這兩天把從2004年底到現在的點滴想法，在腦海裡發酵了一下，關於Internet Business往後的競爭態勢，有一個感想：『Carrier Is The Key！』，因為載具會決定服務擴散的速度與接觸層面的廣度。 以Skype為例，依敝人粗淺的推論，今年應該就是Skype 的 Mobile 元年，而預先搭載Skype的手持裝置(也就是提供Skype服務的載具)會如雨後春筍般出現，進一步各類型的無線網路服務供應商(包含WiFi與3G)，會利用類似手機補貼的方式，將這些Skype的載具綑綁吃到飽數據服務方案，提供給消費者。 走筆至此，突然想到，老媽常告誡，說出來混要與人為善，不要常常跟別人爭辯，但母親大人的意思應該不是要大家都和稀泥吧？！[1] X牆有一篇寫WiMAX，因為有很明顯「跟一般廣為 接受之看法不一樣」的地方，吐嘈回應與切磋非常多。[2] 恕不才直言，最近X牆的文章，立論點實在愈來愈「獨特」，所以也很難反駁，當然就其題目重新寫過一篇，不在此限。[3] 本篇歸類在『自High文』，不是沒有原因的。
