Ingredients:
· 8oz Dry Spaghetti
· 2T Chopped Cilantro
· 1/4C Chopped Peanuts
· 1/4C Green Onions
· 1T Toasted Sesames Seeds
· 1/4C Oil
· 3T Sesames Oil
· 1T Dry Red Crushed Pepper (or less to taste)
· 3T Honey
· 2T Soy Sauce
· 1t Salt
Procedures:
1. In saucepan, stir pepper and oils over median heat for 2 min.
2. Add honey, soy sauce, and salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
3. Cook spaghetti. Drain well and combine with soy mixture.
4. Add cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
5. Put in refrigerate overnight.
6. When ready to serve, add chopped nuts (and if you prefer add cilantro and green onions now too).
