很深沈的咳嗽，發自心底的那種咳嗽聲
Yeh I feel you. I've been coughing like this for weeks! very deep cough, like coughing out my lungs! Lots of sputum too!

去痰藥丸後，一早醒來急吐了兩大口痰

It's good that you cough out the sputum. 1. it means that you have lots of sputum inside of your bronchus. 2. it means that your medicine was doing its job!
So I think you should be happy about it!

My situation was different. When I first started coughing, it was dry cough only. Then I could feel sputum was developing and clotting my bronchus, however, I was not able to cough it out. Felt very congested.

Then I had some chinese medicine and some home remedies, maybe thats why I started able to cough out sputum.

Acutally you want to cough are because bronchus spasm and sputum. It's a reflexion, so if there's something (sputum) inside, we'd want to cough it out.

However, I still think that you having a flu. Basically those meds are just to sooth your discomfort, not helping much.
Flu is caused by virus. so those meds wont do any good for u!

you have cold and flu symptoms along with nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea? You may have Stomach flu or viral Gastroenteritis.

Drink plenty of fluids and get rest. Use an analgesic such as acetaminophen to reduce fever.

妳真是返老還童了啦!!現在小朋友都在流行,沒想到流行到妳身上了,這也是人體自清的過程,就先清清腸胃好了,多休息多喝水囉~~

看起來你不僅是MD，還是美食專家呢。趁著這幾天放假，我會好好大睡一場的。這個禮拜幾乎每天都在捷運上沈沈的睡著，差點坐過站呢！

這種返老還童的經驗可是一點也不好玩。

Yeh I know how it feels like. Let me ask you something, while you cough, do you feel out of your breath or shortness of breath? YOu ever heard of wheezing sound (像笛子咻咻的聲音)

Even though my background is Western Medicine, but I'd like to share some Chinese meds (much less harmful) for you to try and hopefully can relieve this痰卡在肺.

多喝溫開水，川貝冰糖燉梨.

1. Wash a pear, Do NOT peel off the skin, cut the entire pear into cubes, take off the core.梨皮也要一起燉 (it's best to find the brown skin pear)

2. put the pear into the blender, add some water, blend it up till smoothy like

我現在的情形和妙子姐有點像.也是感冒（我沒咳嗽）+腹瀉.以前我初中的時候也有過一次急性腸炎,上吐下瀉..真的很不好受..不過後來去醫院輸了2大瓶液也就康復了..至於咳嗽,中醫見效比較慢,但是那個川貝枇把膏還蠻好,也不難吃..可以試一下

川贝枇把膏 is DIFFERENT!! Dont drink that while you are coughing bad!! Anyway this thing is useless, just lots of sugar.

川貝 is very very expensive, I heard from a chinese med doctor that Gingson is number 1, and 川貝 is number 2. This thing is rare so it's expensive. Just a little bit of it would cost a lot of money, so if someone with no ethics sell you something in powder form and tell you that it's real deal, and charge you tons of money, dont buy it! Unless you see the entire thing and make them ground it up in front of you!

Make sure to COOK this meds with brown skin pear.
