2009 Halloween Party - HCMC, Vietnam

Finally, we have another Halloween party in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a HSBC Global Banking internal party held at our big boss Michael Hung's villa. Over 60 people attended and so many people had great dress up!! (I think the Vietnamese people are as hardcore as the Taiwanese young people...). This is an internal gathering together with the purpose of fund raising to donate to the Childern's Cancer Foundation in HCMC, so it's another driver for people to come. I think it was a great party with loads of fun!!

Everyone who came to the party contributed to the potluck... Chinese food, Vietnamese food, Japanese food, deserts, fruits... full table.

One of the purpose of the party is to raise funds for the Cancer Foundation for Children in HCMC, therefore we had a mini auction with all items donated by staffs.

I donated three photos I've taken in Vancouver (Stanley Park, North Vancouver Grand Blvd, and Westminster Abby Church)... and they were finally sold at VND2,000,000 (NTD 4,000)!!


I've also spent VND1,000,000 (NTD2,000) to buy a photo taken in Dalat from our HSS colleague.


The most special thing about the party is that we have so many friends from Taiwan!! (Fiona Chen, Fionah Chu, Winnie Wu, Michael Lee, Roger Ke, Roger Huang, Karen, and Claire). This is the photo of the Taiwanese gang...
