烤馬鈴薯西洋薊 (Patate con carciofi al forno)西洋薊的英文名: artichoke西洋薊, 香港人好像直譯英文叫它做 “雅芝竹”馬鈴薯去皮切粗粒, 新鮮的西洋薊去芯去外圍較老的硬皮部份再切幼細辦(用檸檬水浸着否則變黑) 2-3辦的蒜放入容器, 調味, 淋上適當份量的橄攬油。以預熱200度的烤箱烤40分鐘或至金黃香脆。烤好的樣子, 西洋薊葉的部份會很脆。]]>

弟妹在南部SARDEGNA島旅遊後帶回來給羊和狼的^^狼最愛的啤酒！1912年始創的SARDEGNA土產啤酒ICHNUSA, 商標上的紅十字帶頭帶的4個人頭像是SARDEGNA的區祺。(和法屬科西嘉島的祺很有同樣的味道, CORSICA科西嘉島的祺上只有一個帶頭帶的人頭像。) 都有着要求獨立的革命氣氛說。SardegnaCorsica 這個是當地土產脆餅, 他們也稱為麵包。由於乾燥和鹽份重, 保存期很長, 據說原本是牧羊人帶着在放羊路上吃的乾糧....現在則成為特式土產。當然有放當地盛產的橄欖油啊！^^同樣是麵粉、 水、鹽、油和酵母～做法不一樣就成為不一樣的產物～不神奇嗎？哈哈哈～***Sardegna和Corsica祺的圖片版權分別屬於www.travel-images.com , www.sojourn-in-italy.com]]>

秋冬唇部保養唇彩, 全天然成份^^ 不含防腐劑羊用了橙狼16年前在倫敦買的迷你糖盒來裝～很有古典味唷^^唇彩的做法在網上有不少, @@ 羊是參巧完後, 改成自己手邊的材料做的:羊用了橄欖油, 可可芭(jojoba oil), 蜂臘(全部材料的20%作為比例), 蜂蜜, 茶藨子(red currant)汁 一起隔水煮拌, 再滴精油拌勻^^ 放冰箱幾分鐘取出即成！約可存放三個月^^]]>
