當風不再吹

風力發電，在政策面的宣傳之下，幾乎成為了「乾淨」能源的代表，更甚的幾乎彷彿未來只要有風，那麼就不用再擔心能源的問題。

承接BBC以及其它國外網站的陸續消息，其中一篇，標題便是「When the wind doesn't blow 」。

因為太多篇了我沒空翻譯，而且有點硬，有興趣的人就加減看吧。
