Google 正名事件又一樁---這次目標 Microsoft MSN

擺明的就是不當台灣是個國家嗎!!!  看Microsoft是否有Google的智慧?

    

   上次Google風波尚未平息，這次酥餅等人再度發起向MSN抗議的行動，原由是MSN在Virtualearth中將台灣Taiwan字體顏色與中國其他省份顏色設定相同，藉由此表現台灣為中國的一個省份。

        台灣部落客面對的是利益為優先的商人團體，Google與MSN是否會因為正義而放棄在中國的龐大市場? 有待觀察!，而我們這些Google and MSN的愛用者下一步該怎麼走...

MSN在它的地圖上使用非國家的紅色字體標示台灣，我也建議大家寫信去抗議。

Dear MSN,

On your virtual earth, you mistakenly use the red font to mark Taiwan instead of the all capital black font which is used to mark a country. Please correct this mistake and use the all capital black font to mark Taiwan.

Taiwan is an independent country with its own government, president, elections, currency and defined territory, and negotiates its own treaties.

As one of the most important internet portal sites, MSN should strive to list the truth. That using the red font to mark Taiwan smacks against this principle.

In addition, for someone likes to visit Taiwan, after reading your map, he/she will be misled and believe that he/she needs to apply VISA from Chinese government while what he/she needs is a VISA from Taiwanese government. Do you really want your service to be the source of incorrect information?

Again, please use the all capital black font to mark Taiwan instead of the red font.

    當初在選擇blog平台時
    看到msn把台灣列入"中國台灣省"
    馬上就把msn踢除於名單外
    還有也很受不了它的簡體字介面

    台湾被中国逼的没路走的呀
    处处都受中国打压
    国际上没地位
    交几个鼻屎大的邦交国，而且要重金给他们做为交换复条件
    奥运会也写着中国台北
    哎，没办法，台湾位置太重要，中国要冲出太平洋不能没有台湾

    根據Sam在酥餅Blog的留言，PC World在10/7日的Google seeks talks with Taiwan over Maps報導指出Google還沒收到台灣官員的抗議聲明，內容簡述如下:
    "We've already received a few e-mails," a Google spokeswoman said Wednesday. "But until today, we had not received any communication from Taiwanese officials regarding this matter. We made contact with them this morning and look forward to hearing and understanding their concerns."
    到底真相如何?我相信在國內必然會有人持續調查...

    來自酥餅BLOG消息:

    各位網友，我們辛苦的努力有結果了，GOOGLE已經移除「台灣，中國一省」的英文字樣。


    事實上，為了避免爭議，GOOGLE將所有地圖右邊原有的說明文字，全部移除，現在進入GOOGLE MAPS只看得到地圖，而沒有說明文字。
