Puerto Vallarta, Mexico:

Puerto Vallarta

Ceviche

Ceviche

Tuba de Palmera de Coco"

The only Mexican drinks that I know is Horchata. Man, we went to Portland this one time, they have the best taco truck ever...and the best salsa too. That was really awesome.
Your Mexico trip sounds fun!!! Btw, is there any good Mexican restaurants in Seattle?
Nick loves TexMex.

Hi darling! Hug ~~~~

I am afraid to eat anything from the street vendors now because I have a weak stomach, which I learnt the hard way @_@ I ate some fish tacos from street vendor when I was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, I spent the next 2 days in the restroom!

That squid ceviche looks so yummy! I had fish ceviche @ the Stoplight bar for the first time in my life, and it was just delicious. Then I ordered the same thing back home, it was so nasty that I vomited!

Mr.Lee loves horchata. ^^

The taco trucks?!! I\'ve seen them many times, but for some reason I never got to try them out. Thanks for the tip. I\'ll definitely try their food next time I go shopping in Portland.

I have yet to try a good Mexican restaurant here myself... still searching.....

Hi Sweetheart! Hug~~~~~ ^^

Poor girl! :)
I know. Mr.Lee has a very weak stomach too, so we were hesitant about trying that ceviche at first too. We circled the entire night market for an hour before giving in to some. We did our homework though, we observed that this particular Ceviche stand is very busy and popular. The locals would each buy 3 or 5 ceviches and come back for more. We thought if it was that busy its food should be good and fresh. So we tried a tiny portion and ended up eating like 3 servings. (This is only an hr after our cricket dinner.)
We went back the 2nd night, the next and the next... It's the best Ceviches we had in PV! ^0^
