4 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate (4 oz)

1/2 cup butter (4 oz)
1 cup icing sugar *[ = Confectioners Sugar , 1/2 cup is good enough,
if you like more sweet then add more ]
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed *[ you can eat without cool whip
or use vanilla ice-cream as a substitute ]
作法:
1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Grease 4 (3/4-cup) custard cups or soufflé dishes. Place on baking sheet.
*[ you can use “Reynolds” Foil Baking Cup, if it’s size is 32-2½ in. (63 mm),
then you can make 8 cups and the baking time just take only 7-8 min. ]
2. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar until well blended. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour. Divide batter between prepared custard cups.
3. BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides are firm but centres are soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small knife around cakes to loosen. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Serve immediately, each topped with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping and serve immediately.

Make-Ahead
Batter can be made a day ahead. Pour into prepared custard cups. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Bake as directed.
