I’d like to talk about my mentor and my colleague, Mr. Chihta Wu, who always give me good advice when I run into difficulty at work. Similarly, I like to consult him about life career or about how to make the right decision. His suggestions inspire me all the time.
I met Mr. Chihta Wu when I was just a newcomer on the first day of my work. He is my senior kindly guiding rookies like me with courtesy and providing me with an orientation in the workplace. He, not very handsome; in fact he has severe acnes on his face; however, when Mr. Wu starts to talk, his professional knowledge and enchanting voice impress everyone. We are also very good friends, sharing what we can achieve in our careers and what roles we’ll play in the future. Chihta has a Master's degree in Media Department. After graduation, he devoted himself to TV and Media field. Above all, He had told me that he wanted to establish his own broadcasting kingdom. What an ambitious goal!
Mr. Chihta Wu is also good at critical reasoning, which is very helpful to solve problem at work. And yet, he has no reservation in sharing his expertise at work with his colleagues. Every time when I have to prepare some proposals or reports, I usually ask him for his opinion, such as what statistics I should collect and what analysis I should do. He never hesitates to give me satisfactory answer or a clear direction that would make me think deeper and wider. Everything seems crystal clear with him illuminating me. I hope I can learn more from him now and in the future because he is indeed the lighthouse in my life.
