好耐無試過咁嬲勒!

今日要去布拉格買啲嘢,竟然搞到我嬲足一日 怒 原來嬲係好攰架,等我瞓足覺下晒氣先講點解.......



傷風抖咗兩日,乜火都下晒,不過我都冇意欲將故事慢慢寫出嚟,我貼番我晌 PMDP (Plzeň 公共交通公司)web site 留咗嘅一段嘢,各位應該明架勒!
My husband and I were placed by the company to Plzeň. I have always appreciated the decent and efficient service of Plzeň public tranport until yesterday (Oct 8, 2007).

In August, I found out the most convenient recharging office (at least for me) near the Náměstí Republiky was not there anymore. I stopped using my Pilsen Pass and switched to buying 12Kč tickets at the tobacconist near the tram track. If I understand from your official web information (English version) about the tariff correctly, a Kč12 ticket is valid for a 30-minute transfer ride.

I validated my Kč12 ticket on tram no 1 yesterday (Oct 8, 2007) morning around 9.20am and transferred to no 2 tram around 9.35am because I have to take a bus in CAN to Praha. I was transport-inspected and the 'nice' lady told me that I did not have a valid ticket (All my guess, I do not speak Czech and she does not speak English) because the punched holes on my ticket were not the same as the ones of the no 2 tram. Of course, I validated my ticket on my previous ride on tram no 1. No matter how much I explained, she did not listen/understand me and she indicated a kind of 'penalty voucher' of Kč600. Then it was almost time I had to get off because the tram had arrived at the CAN station. She and a male colleague followed me off the tram and the whole drama of the Kč600 penalty repeated and the 'nice' gentleman said something and I understood like if I did not pay up, they would take me to the police station.

I accept that I do not speak and understand the Czech language and possibly not understanding the tariff correctly, I paid the 'penalty' of Kč600 although I had no more money left in my wallet except some coins. Then I asked for my penalty receipt and the man did NOT do so and simply gave me back Kč100. The two of them pocketed my Kč500 'penalty' money. I was so digusted with their behaviour and I was extremely upset.

I paid my fare and I was penalised for being a decent non-Czech speaking customer. Would somebody enlighten me the tariff and proper procedures of transport (tram) transfer if the customer is using a ticket instead of a Pilsen Pass.

I am not sure whether someone will take this piece of comment/query seriously and I definitely learnt the 'rules' from this experience.

其實我自知清清白白係冇必要俾嗰啲罰款,去差館咪去囉!問題係去到差館又點?呢度啲差人唔識英文架!我哋個老友 Sheila 試過架車晌布拉格俾人撬門去報案,佢晌差館悶等兩個幾鐘等佢哋摷個翻譯嚟呀!老公7月尾時撞車,佢要急 call 放咗工嘅同事嚟現場同啲警察周旋!如果俾幾佰 Kč 唔駛煩其他人幫手做呢啲芝麻綠豆小事,我非常情願囉!我係嬲嗰兩個所謂查票員光天化日「合理」打劫我!我又嬲自己唔爭氣俾人哋蝦到!

而如我所料,暫時都冇人覆我~~


10/12/2007 竟然有人覆我喎,不過佢梗係想我逐粒去查字典或者成篇印出嚟問人!

Vážená paní,

na základě Smluvních přepravních podmínek je jízdenka za 12,- Kč, zakoupená u smluvních prodejců (např. v trafice), jízdenka pro jednotlivou jízdu bez přestupu a lze na ni realizovat pouze jednu jízdu. Proto při kontrole byla revizorem jízdenka vyhodnocena jako neplatná a cestující byla uložena přirážka k jízdnému. Dle vyjádření firmy AB-Finanční servis, s.r.o., která je naším smluvním partnerem pro činnost přepravní kontroly, cestující uhradila na místě 600,- Kč. Přirážku platila sumou 700,- Kč (bankovkami 500,- Kč a 200,- Kč), revizorem jí bylo vráceno 100,- Kč a než jí byl vypsán doklad o zaplacení, cestující odešla. Hlášení o provedené přepravní kontrole (č. 2007005496) bylo řádně sepsáno, doklad o zaplacení č. 042650 byl k hlášení (včetně dílu, který se předává cestujícímu) přiložen a celá přirážka k jízdnému zaúčtována.

難怪你會氣足一日!
捷克的車票種類和規範確實超煩人,
往往攪得人變大頭甚至爆炸頭。
換了是我,
死也不會無理地付罰款。
我最不明白是,
為何六百變成五百,
罰款也可以隨意增減,
這是甚麼制度???!!!

嘩!簡直係打劫喎!我去德國旅行時都俾d車票攪到頭都大,都唔知點鬼樣用....問司機就梗係唔識英文啦...結果我地有時係搭霸王車都唔定....

下o左氣就好了...歐洲d人,係咁上下!唔好嬲...

其實 Plzeň 車票好簡單,
如果用 Pilsen Pass 電子荷包的話,
車上有架機「嘟」咭之後印返張有 validation 時間嘅票尾証明我有俾錢~~
問題係我今次用一般紙票,
而我又「天真無腦」地以為 tram 上嘅舊款 punch hole 式 validation 係同時間掛鉤,
咁我 within 30分鐘內轉車就得喇!
我係衰想得人哋太先進囉
同懶去遠啲同張 Pilsen Pass 增值~~
經過呢次先知嗰啲 punch hole validation 係跟車架(查票阿嬸同我對窿時我先明白)......
ok,我蠢咗
就算我識捷文解釋得到我之前晌一號電車已經 validate 咗張飛,
佢都有理由唔信我,
我只好認蠢俾罰款,
問題係嗰兩條友仔係一心想袋啲錢落自己袋呀!
佢兩個晌我俾錢之後傾咗一陣俾返 Kč100 我,
唔出罰單當冇事發生叫我走呀!
咁我先嬲嘛!
分明係蝦我唔識捷文「禁」住我嚟搶!
當時街上有幾個人圍觀架,
不過一則可能唔曉英文冇法幫我,
二則只睇熱鬧事不關己。
嗰日之後我對捷克人徹底失望(有機會有心情我再寫住咗幾年之後對捷人嘅感受),
而家只係想快啲離開捷克!

我係瞓醒覺已經下氣嘅人,
而且呢種咁嘅事冇時冇刻喺世界各地發生,
不過自知唔識本地語已經喺日常生活上事事多加留意,
仍然難逃呢類不快經驗~~
雖然經一事長一智,
悲哀係我哋兩夫妻對呢個國家嘅負面感覺增加而又未肯定咩時候離開......

車票被validated後只有punch hole,
沒有validation time?
那麼應怎用changing ticket才對?

被罰幾百元已經一肚氣,
我絕不能再讓他們得呈袋袋平安,
死也要拿回收據,
即使要煩到報警也誓不能給他們著數。

我都唔知要轉車時要點 validate 張飛,
我嗰日回程返屋企時晌2號電車punch一張,
轉1號車後再punch一張,
費事黑仔同一日被屈兩次
你唔好戥我嬲勒,
老公講佢返工對住捷克人已經被吹啤啤至麻木,
同佢哋講道理係嘥氣架

原來如此...唉.
如果要我交罰款, 但又唔俾收據, 就真係明搶.
講開轉車, 我地呢度搭車要轉其他巴士既話, 就要上車後問司機囉張transfer, 轉車時再show俾個司機睇.

咁結果你有無搵人幫你睇下篇耶寫乜呀? 就咁睇篇耶, 有講500, 200, 700, 好似解釋緊點收費...anyway...呢d"炆"耶, 就當果日黑仔啦...否則真係會激壞.
