<description><![CDATA[站姿槓鈴肩上推舉﹝Standing Barbell Press﹞屬於雙關節運動，動作相對簡單容易掌握，是發達三角肌的王牌動作。其動作要領是吸氣後屏住呼吸，以三角肌的收縮力將槓鈴垂直向上舉起至兩臂伸直，做頂峰收縮後稍停片刻，呼氣，再有意識的以三角肌的力量控制槓鈴緩慢回至起始位，緊接著重複上述動作。]]>
