freedom of speech revisited

The truth about freedom of speech is that you've got to tolerate bullshit like this:
http://blog.udn.com/Horace2007/2758969

The dumbest part comes first. I just don't see how is it possible to invade Mr. Kuo's privacy while, according to himself, he's not the author, Mr, Fan. Whose privacy is compromised anyway?

Secondly, to say that Mr. Fan is not a public servant is simply sophistic. It doesn't matter which pseudonym you use, but the one that actually writes down each line of the articles in question.

I'll stop here. This kind of crap just make me nuts. And the "conlaw saloon" too.

Good and fair comment here! But a tiny miss: shouldn't "Mr, Fan" be "Mr. Fan" ?
