【半歲大的背背客】告別澳洲。Hello 紐西蘭


最後的那二周，在雪梨的日子，天氣好的時候，我們在公園裡閒躺，看人、看天、看交通，看小丫頭追著小鳥跑，每天中午，準時到唐人城吃台南阿姨的道地台灣自助餐，然後再慢慢地晃回家。


下雨的時候，我們在各大購物中心裡閒逛，每一次，總可在雪梨不同的角落裡，發生新鮮的事物，總而言之，這二周，我們一家三口幾乎走遍雪梨每條大街小巷，三月初，小丫頭在我們的擁抱裡看雪梨，這一次，她和我們一樣，一步一步地用她自已的足跡熟悉雪梨。


九月一日的下午，透過飛機上的小窗，看著大大的紅色夕陽，豪華地擁抱著繁華的雪梨，六個月的時候，在此正式劃上了句點，我們靜靜地紅色夕陽中起飛，靜靜地在心裡，向著特別的澳洲說再見！


紐西蘭，我們正往家的方向飛去！


九月一日的午夜，抵達熟悉的Hamilton機場，夜已深沉，冷冷的霧氣緊緊地包圍著我們，吸入一大口的冷空氣，家的味道瞬間充滿了心肺脾臟。


隔天，一家三口在熟悉的床醒來，望著熟悉的景色，在澳洲時所計劃的室內室外改造計劃，像是爆米花在腦海裡蹦蹦跳跳。


七天之後，經歷一連串的建造、sanding和油漆，只剩下一堆澳洲穿的衣物待洗、洗衣間待清理、樓上的重要文件收藏室待歸類，加上戶外廣大的菜園裡，大約二卡車的泥土待挖，三大片的擋土牆待建之外，其它的已接近完工！


丫頭正逐漸適應著新的生活，房子太大，她一不見我們，便會放聲大哭，這六個月以來，丫頭習慣了我們一天二十四小時和她相依為命的生活，這些改變，她感到有些不安，晚上要她在自已的房間過夜，更是最大的難題，每次入睡前，總是哭哭鬧鬧地吵個一二個小時，我們心裡難過，一進她的房間，她的小手總是拉著我們不放！


忍著眼淚，我們緊緊地給她一個擁抱，再過幾天，她會慢慢適應！怎麼我覺得旅行中的生活比這簡單多了呢！


告別澳洲，Hello在紐西蘭的新生活，我們正忙著室內室外大改造，也忙著慢慢地熟悉紐西蘭的生活步調和習慣！


慢慢來，新的生活會逐漸步入軌道！

Abi need a pair of shoes.

I thought you guys house were perfect already, what else needed to change?

Funny that, Abby didn\'t have any shoes when we were in Australia and the first thing we did when we got home is to buy her a pair of shoes. We seemed to do things the other way round.

T would like to creat a lawn area and water feature in the garden and will take the vegie patch out. A lot of work but I am sure it will look better.

Yah the sleeping thing was hard to train, but I followed Tank’s suggestion to train Lara and now she gets used to it, time will do the work for ya. Now Lara becomes hard to deal with because she can talk back in Mandarin and stubborn at time (Waaaaa), so I have to seriously to implement the time out method, so far, no good, because she will cry for a minute and come to grab my leg and say sorry then forget what she had done wrong…..I need supper nanny!

When I am typing this message, Abby is supposed to have her afternoon nap but 10 minutes of crying later, she is still crying in the cot. I have been in and out so many times and it is very hard to listen to her cry as she didn\\\'t do this often before. I will give her time and hopefully this won\\\'t last long.

congrats for a safe and happy ending of your long trip..and for going back to sweet home!!

wow.. a lot of things you\'ve done to your house after the long trip..
you are are so good.. we, usually after a trip, just lay down and don\'t do anything for days :)

That\'s what we should do but we seem to do things the other way round. Hopefully we will can really sit down and enjoy the result before Mr T has to go to work.
