1. Sell yourself -
Promote yourself
eg. If you want to succeed in a job interview, you must learn how to sell yourself. Make the company think they can't survive without you.
2. Pull a fast one on someone -
to deceive someone in order to get something desired.
eg. That salesman almost pulled a fast on me. He bet that if he could guess how many children my father had, I should give him money. But id he didn't guess right, then he would pay me money. Of course I realized that fathers can't have children, only mothers can.
3. Smooth talker -
A person who can speak very charmingly to get something he/
she desires.
* somebody speaks well
eg. That Jimbo sure is a smooth talker. He could tell you to walk
through walls for him and you would do it.
4. A sucker - A person who is easily convinced.
* stupid(very strong word)
eg. Jenny sure is a sucker. She thought she was buying a real Gucci
bag, but it turns out it was a fake.
5. Word of mouth -
To hear information from another person through conversation.
eg. I usually find out if a movie is good by word of mouth. I would never go to see a movie unless I've heard it is good.
