對結婚多年始終不孕的夫妻而言，試管寶寶無異是上帝賜予的天使，高雄長庚兒童醫院昨天有100個試管寶寶「回娘家」，在高雄長庚兒童醫院與醫護人員相見歡，場面溫馨。 高雄長庚醫院生殖醫學科主任黃富仁指出，該院人工生殖中心歷經十多年努力，已成功培育上千對試管寶寶，隨著人工生殖技術的進步，現在不只是追求懷孕率的提高、健康寶寶的誕生，甚至他們的心智發展都受到重視。 昨天下午，高雄長庚「試管寶寶回娘家健康關懷活動」，邀請100名試管寶寶及其家人參加。每一對抱著健康活潑的試管寶寶的父母，臉上都帶著滿足的笑容，一見到當初與他們一起努力的醫護人員時，都忍不住擁抱在一起。 參與活動的一對夫妻表示，他們結婚的時候都已近40歲，婚後3年沒有「消息」，決定到高雄長庚進行試管嬰兒培育，第二次就成功的產下一名健康的小男生，而另一對夫妻則是一口氣生下一對雙胞胎寶寶。 2004-09-05 ]]> http://blog.roodo.com/icsiivf/archives/5521193.html http://blog.roodo.com/icsiivf/archives/5521193.html 科部消息與簡介 Sun, 10 Feb 2008 12:11:46 +0800 高雄長庚婦產部生殖醫學科

自從1989.07高雄長庚醫院南部地區首例試管嬰兒誕生起，隸屬於婦產部生殖醫學科的人工生殖團隊，在臨床服務與醫學研究方面，均是具有全國性或國際性的指標特色醫療專科。本院人工生殖實驗室曾於行政院衛生署全國人工協助生殖機構評鑑中被評核為最優等級，目前亦為行政院衛生署核定之高高屏地區唯一訓練機構。

本科目前有主治醫師三名：黃富仁主任、龔福財醫師、藍國忠醫師，以及生殖實驗醫檢師三名，與專業諮詢師一名。全方位的治療亦結合了雄性學專家的泌尿科醫師、中醫師、營養師、社工人員與心理學家。

長庚醫院生殖醫學科臨床服務方面，最重要的任務之一，就是提供不孕之夫妻所有有關於人工生殖的各項精確檢查、治療與相關諮詢：舉凡精液分析、人工授精、人工生殖、胚胎培養與植入、精液與胚胎冷凍等等，已為無數的不孕症夫婦達成生兒育女的希望，目前與未來更是許多不孕症夫婦希望的所在。另一方面與生殖內分泌與生理週期相關疾患的治療與內視鏡微創手術亦是團隊的服務項目。

醫學研究方面，更致力於醫療技術與醫療品質的提昇。因此不僅隨時引進新的生殖技術與儀器，更不斷加強內部的品管與研發，以期使服務品質精益求精。多年來發表了領先國內的多項人工生殖技術，諸如顯微注射技術、冷凍胚胎、睪丸精蟲冰凍併顯微注射技術，不使用PVP顯微注射技術，囊胚期培養、雷射孵化術….生殖醫學科近幾年的醫學期刊論文有數十篇之多，在醫學年會獲獎頻繁，當中並曾兩度榮登在 Fertility and Sterility (impact factor 3.17)期刊封面。
