公民報告－－「生活中一件值得思考的問題」

問題：為什麼剛剛不闖一下紅燈？

其實這比較像是嗆聲版會出現的言論，而不是個人想法。

　　交通建設應該是都市營造很重要的一環。我們每天上學、工作、旅遊，放眼所及，擠死人的捷運、該來的就是不來的公車、人手一台的小客車、坑錢的計程車，即使以上種種令人厭煩仍屹立不搖的交通號識，即是我們每天生活城市最真實的面貌。
　　就拿其中小小的紅綠燈來說，每天搭公車上學，準備過馬路去搭車，班次的頻率及車廂的
舒適度因車種不同有很大的差別，等紅綠燈，特別是包含單行道的那種，紅燈往往動輒一百多秒，你等綠燈等得不耐煩了，偏偏此刻你要搭公車的，平均二十分鐘來一班的稀有種，正從你面前呼嘯而去，追也追不到，因為公車司機也在闖紅燈，只能無奈地抱怨為什麼剛剛不闖一下紅燈，明明就沒有車，而交通號誌象徵性的擺在你面前，身為奉公守法的好市民當然不可以為了逞一時之快闖紅燈，更別提交通警察是不是就在旁邊，別具意味地對你眨眼表達同樣的無奈。
　　每天都有人過馬路等紅綠燈，每天都有人搭不上公車，每天都有人因為非受迫性失誤而遲到。交通建設應該仔細規劃，先不提是否週遭的新的建設所帶來的影響改變，如果沒規劃好，不只影響不知道該用什麼單位計算的龐大的車潮，連帶我們小小的行人都會因此或多或少影響不管心情還是工作效率，但眾鄉民只能嗚呼嘆息，推說都是政府建設不好，畢竟砍倒紅綠燈這種破壞行為可是會受罰的，管它是罰金還是罰鍰。
