The Irish government uses funds to invest private banking system directly. It will recapitalize the banks even nationalize them. The government takes the risk itself while it's taking care of the interests of taxpayers and private investors.

On the contrary, MYJ regime just put people's savings into private banks, and instructs the bank managers to borrow them to companies no matter what the risk would be to the banks.

感謝網友提供這則新聞。
這則新聞表示了，先進國家說話算話。同時，媒體也是有追蹤報導。
和解，暗示承認自己執法過當，或者，只是「民事」無關「刑事」？
換言之，海釣船越界這條就會算了嗎？或是，這條，屬於台灣的政府管轄？
另外，前一兩週，有一艘蘇澳漁船被撞，不知怎樣了？會因為沒有成為「事件」所以摸摸鼻子嗎？光有「事件」沒有談判或司法，會有結果嗎？
「事件」到底是不是一種「可欲的工具」？
