【Comment】It is not new. The regime just does not want to give up, doesn't it? THEY believe what in the country belongs and only belongs to the regime regardless the OWNERSHIP. That is a traditional concept of Chinese royal emperor and culture. No wonder they just ignore public opinions.
It is not a republic country. It is becoming a dictator monarchy. I am worry about the ECFA and financial MOU...

◆兩個股東面對面──海嘯過後的主權財富基金vs.美國政府

金融海嘯中，主權財富基金受傷累累。2008年，阿拉伯國家的主權財富基金損失15％，超過一兆美元；淡馬錫損失23億美元；中投，投資摩根士丹利投資56億美元、黑石投資30億美元，結果股票下跌了近80％。這幾乎血本無歸的慘狀，在各國國內都引起很大的政治壓力。
