在台灣主體意識逐漸茁壯的今天，照說綠營的支持度應該緩步趨堅，但事實上卻疲乏不堪。台北市仍被玩忽職務的權貴團體所把持，而高雄市雖在政績的支持下驚險過半卻官司纏身，台灣人依然為爭取「主體性」而匍匐前進。

本文試圖從台灣主體運動發展與視野的角度，理解戰後60年台灣人民與統治當局的關係，進而思考根本的原因。

【Abstract】

We can easily get the whole picture, using Fernand Braudel's "conjuncture", of the features and values ROC leaders did in Taiwan. The feature and values of CKS, CCK, LTH and CSB are "military", "economic", "democratic" and "human rights" respectively. In all, they are all in the course of "Taiwan self-preserving". The latter did not destroy the formers' establishments.

What is the feature and values of MYJ? According to his inauguration address, it could be "peace" or "open". But his doings seems irrelevant to what he said. More importantly, will he reverse the course of "Taiwan self-preserving"?
