雲程的雙魚鏡

台灣社會可能正在返祖（atavism）中，社會集體心智從接近成年人，退回青少年的青澀階段。這和過去的「少年台灣」，甚至「少年中國」的「方向」不同，「少年台灣」是描述從更原始的狀態出發邁向文明，從而朝氣蓬勃。返祖，則是是一種無可奈何的氣餒，聽任大腦讓位給躁鬱情緒，社會退回前一階段的、更原始的位階。

另一方面，從外觀上，這返祖現象和世界上保守主義的反撲潮流即為相似，連總統也有意無意間顯露了這種特質，更加深了辨識的困難。

且看這兩個經典卡通主題曲：

我們是正義的一方、要和惡勢力對抗...、科學（司法）的武器在身上、打敗雙面人、怪獸都殺光...

為了正義他要消滅敵人、為了公義他要奮鬥倒底...

廉價的正義，是反祖現象的關鍵詞。德勝於才、有品，都是反祖的啦啦隊。

VOA的響應：簡骨繁皮

一直提供繁、簡兩中文字服務的美國之音（VOA），約略在馬兄提出「視簡書正」之後，立即100％響應。

其作法是簡骨繁皮：只有首頁是繁體字，其餘連接都改為簡體字。

Dear Sirs,
I read VOA Chinese website almost everyday.  Recently, it is very inconvenient for me to understand after you switched to the simplified Chinese Character.

I was educated by reading the traditional Chinese Character.  Simplied Chinese is absolutely hard for me to understand.  I would urge you, at least, to make an option such that people can have the choice either to read in Traditional or Simplied Chinese. 

Although there are 1.2 billion people in PRC using simplied Chinese, yet there remains at least multi-million people from Singapore, SE Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and even in North America remaining uisng traditional Chinese.  By adopting such an option, your website will certainly be more welcome by those who are not used to the Simplied Chinese.

Your attention is greatly appreciated.

【Abstract】

Premier Liu Chao-shiuan encouraged students to possess characters as "knowledge, common sense, vision, insight, bravery and appreciation". These five characters are in fact having same rhythm in Mandarin. Ma hoped to promot, too, a "New Lifestyle" cultivating the nation's moral character, quality and taste. The slogans have same rhythm.
They just like to play with words very much.
The next game they know only and might play is "moral movement" which is the core value and technique in Chinese politics tradition. Qing played it well. Taiwan may soon fall into the Victoria ear.

由於中國對台灣充滿敵意與侵佔意圖，加上過去冷戰對峙的經驗，因此很難平心靜氣討論「簡體字」。

首先，從我個人經驗出發，發覺「簡體字」的簡化，有「行書體」印刷化、同音字借用、自行創造等幾方面原則，並非完全胡亂為之。過去國民黨的宣傳實在過火了。

金恆煒先生一篇〈周美青扮小丑的嚴肅意義〉的分析：「去年十一月「馬統」出訪，宏都拉斯總統當面質疑「馬統」還需不需要邦交國？今年更明目張膽的單方面取消『馬統』的到訪。」，加上是同日新聞的報導〈元首維安 台瓜隨扈罕見兩度爭執〉，「雙方隨扈卻在軍禮及簽署聲明時，兩度發生摩擦。馬也取消二十九日的當地媒體專訪，柯隆原訂三十日陪同馬參訪地卡國家公園的行程，改由瓜國外交部長與文化部次長陪同，引發諸多揣測。」還有報導〈公路拓寬前期款未撥 馬又允諾瓜國將續資助〉中提及：「據外交人士指出，台灣資助瓜國興建的該條公路，二期工程都未如期撥款，如今又承諾續建三期拓寬工程，馬政府的援外經費『控管』標準顯然不一。」讓人心有戚戚焉。

本名袁德星的楚戈的一篇文章可以作證。他認定：「台灣成為有文化水平的地區，故宮和史語所都功不可沒」。不過，他罵杜正勝卻捧史語所，卻不知道杜正勝正是史語所的傑出學人，是許倬雲力挺的得意門生。楚戈大概年紀大了，或氣令智昏？
