Professors expect the ECFA will be examined by WTO members. One said should be while the other said will be. It is no need to worry right now.

That might be true. However, what about Hong Kong and China? Did CEPA been reviewed under WTO? Does the status of the Separate Customs Territory under WTO means the same thing under identified sovereignty?

From 830 to 1025

Since MYJ's inauguration of 2008, pro-Taiwan groups held three protests, which are 830, 1025 and 517. The three are about the same size, according to my site observations.

The point is combination. A decade ago, there were only middle age people who attended protests. Since 2004 "228 Hand-in-Hand" the couples, especially young females attended the protests as carnivals. 830, 1025 and 517 follows the tradition.

The consistence of the numbers and the combinations from 830 to 517 shows there is at least a similar percentage of voters who disagree with MYJ's attitude toward Beijing. Taiwanese still feel unsafe on MYJ's China-rush policies, expressing deep anxiety over the survival of the precious Taiwan democracy.

That is part of the significance from 830 to 517.(後兩段，感謝網友hope指點)

It is very interesting news, especially for now.
AIT personnel "attended" ROC maneuvers as VIP or instructors are not new. However, asked and instructed a maneuver separately is unique.
The fact Stephen Yang boarded not only on the Kidd class destroyer, but also the Frégate classe La Fayette shows the message that AIT holds supreme position of political and even military system on Taiwan. That also told MYJ what he said on February 28 that Japan has transferred Taiwan to ROC in Treaty of Taipei in 1952 is completely wrong.

【Comment】這個糟糕！
容積管制，是一種根據都市機能與國民生活品質所帶出來的都市計劃管制。世界上沒有白吃午餐，必然要有人付費。政府表面上當善人散錢，暗地裡不是舉債，就是亂尻錢一通。
以往也有「容積移轉」，但限定在對古蹟等的補償，總體而言並未「創造容積」，而現在卻是「拿錢可換」，容積不過「數字而已」。
完全不顧章法的政權，會讓台灣退回「前清時代」。
夏鑄九碰到馬英九，一樣沒輒！

聽不懂的是：「為擔任國親駐美代表，他於2004年4月向美提出居留權申請」，好像～沒有邏輯必然嘛！
有意思的是「疏失」本身。
