人見人愛的第三者

其實第三者有時候是最佳潤滑劑

一直喬不攏的尾牙表演節目
一方堅持只有跳舞才能討高層歡心, 以得名為首要目標
另一方認為年年跳舞了無新意, 堅持改走樂團路線, 以盡興為首要目標

跟前者有午餐一起吃飯的交情
跟後者有同單位不得不同進退的立場
看到兩者僵持不下
每次召開前者不在場的內部會議, 後者講到前者就滿肚子火氣
動不動就帶頭搞得會議室罵聲四起
甚至覺得對方對人不對事

但基於我對前者的了解
我相信對方應該只是求好心切
並沒有惡意
會讓後者有這種感覺
不是溝通不良就是立場不同
(前者是主委, 應該背負著勢在必得的得名壓力)

於是前前後後
我撥了幾通電話給前者
安撫並了解她真正的想法
並將可以透露的訊息傳達給她
同時轉達部份前者的想法給後者及同單位參與表演的其他成員

沒預設什麼立場
只是希望可以緩和一下大家的情緒
讓雙方不要再這麼劍拔弩張

結果在剛剛召開的會議中氣氛突然變得十分融洽
討論也額外順利
真是意外的收穫!

看來
第三者還是有其存在的必要性哪...

Sorry my typing in English, as my Chinese typing is extremely slow.

Briefly, hikawac is very "white-eye" (tw) and is not accepted by most normal human. [我好像看到菜刀跟剪刀正在飛過來]
[閃開...] We think she (he, or it~ ?!) is perhaps from Mars-- an alien anyway. XP
In the movie MIB (Man in Black), inside the human form alien is, in fact, a 章魚.

The rest of her story is long, complex, rediculous , and dangerous-- constantly causing me headache, with simultaneous heart-attack -- better leave them to other mighty seniors, such as jcool, 老迪, or 小小肥.
