油頭結面*
週一我們公司的敝處室固定要召開晨會
上週一
某個把腦袋留在家裡只帶軀殼到公司的主管被高層問了某些問題
因為沒腦外加沒sense
他能做的就是一直把責任推給其他不在場且不同處室的同仁
上週一

該沒腦主管跟我同部不同課, 指揮不了我
不過他跟我頂頭上司私交不錯
所以他一被問倒
我頂頭上司就很快地接著說...
[那就交給 fran]
對!
很好!!
就交給我!!
最好是你們都來公司交朋友不要做事
事情都交給我跟其他同仁就好...
要是平常我一定會嗆他
無奈本人沒有官職
在整個處室的同仁全都一起出席的例行會議上
再不爽我也不能吭聲
只能暗地肯他到死
我真好奇
這些人除了交朋友跟欺負我這種沒有官職的人還會幹嘛?
然後我頂頭上司接著又說
[我會請 fran 一季出一次報告]
看!
幹得好!
反正報告是我寫嘛!!
你要說一週出一次也行啊
幹嘛這麼客氣
不像你耶...= =凸
就這樣...
會議結束
離開會議室後

[你怎麼一早就油頭結面]
這真是好問題...

還莫名奇妙要做他該做的事
怎麼可能不油頭結面]
就是我的答案...
備註:
油頭結面是指臉色很難看, 五官糾結在一起的樣子
這種表情通常會出現在一個難過, 煩惱或氣炸的人的臉上
應該可以對應為國語的愁眉苦臉
(如有解釋錯誤請指正, 謝謝!)

If you ask your 頂頭上司 why s/he assigned other people's job to you, what would be the answer?
I would give her/him a chance to explain 1st.
Then decide the next step:
cooperation, resistance, ask for favor in return, or complain, etc.

very rational response.
pity there are always ambiguous tasks/resposibilities which can't be clarified easily and thus assigned to whomever the superior "prefers".
that's why i don't bother to ask.

you might find a common ground that you both can benefit.

Heard that Walmart is the cheapest when there are any.
It's typically gone, once on the shelf.
Some are even snapped by the employees. So~,

i think you know he knows, too, by reading my next journal [我也不想太囂張...].
but you know,
some people just can't be aware of their bad deeds and thus don't think they should change
that's not bother to discuss this further.

it's always a goal that worth pursuing, but hardly achieved.
i do observe and offer people chances to alter my view.
somehow, some peoplpe just let me down.
and i really don't think we should spend too much time on this kind of persons.
i'd rather spend on people who worth it.
