花精並不是一種故作神秘的無法客觀解釋的東西，相反現代花精的創始人上世紀三十年代英國的愛德華‧巴赫醫師生前一直用最簡單明了、公開的方式介紹花精研究的每一步成果。他堅持花精是大自然給予我們的禮物，只要你願意去嘗試，每一個人都可以為自己製作花精。
Bach flower remedy is not the thing which is veiled with mystery on purpose or unexplainable itself. On the contrary its founder, British doctor Edward Bach had been trying to introduce his study progress in most simple and clear words in public in 1930s. He insisted that the flower remedy was the gift for human from the nature, and if you would like to try, everybody can make the remedy by himself.
