香辣蕃茄蜆意粉

這是昨晚非常美味的晚餐﹗食材新鮮﹐食得滋味﹗

蜆先來個鹽水浴﹐蕃茄就在"patpat"上打個"X", 然後來個熱水浴。 (在滾水中泡一會﹐便很容易去皮)


光脫脫的蕃茄﹐嘻嘻=) 我把它們切細一點﹐加糖﹐鹽﹐辣椒﹐油﹐煮成醬備用。


煮意粉的同時開始炒蜆﹐我用辣椒﹐蒜頭炒蜆﹐炒熟後便可加入茄醬(如個水份太多仍未蒸發﹐可以先倒了多餘的水份再落茄醬)。


我們的習慣是一次過去殼﹐再慢慢品嘗 =)

係呀﹐真係好好味架(嘻嘻﹐自己讚自己添)﹐我哋都係間唔中(亦即係特價時)先會買新鮮蜆﹐平日多數用雪藏的。在香港時﹐我屋企都好少買蜆。

上星期友人來探我時,我帶他們去open market處逛逛時,也第一次見這些clams 也買了一KG要£4,都幾貴,不過好新鮮!

4磅1KG﹐ OK喎﹐我今次特左價都要6﹐65EURO﹐不過真係食得好開心 =)其實兩個人食真係滿晒蜆肉﹐3個人分都夠呀。

Very decilious! 不過我食蜆會偶發性敏感,所以只可以食很少很少...還要是對新鮮比罐頭的敏感得多...
