To the Residents of Lo Sheng:

We have been most inspired by your efforts to retain the rights to your home and we feel that your efforts should be as widely known as possible since there are many places in the world where people are facing similar relocation because the land they are on has now become valuable.

對於您們保留家園、捍衛居住權的努力，我們深受啟發，並認為您們的經驗，應被更廣泛宣傳，因為同樣的迫遷情況亦發生在世界其他角落：很多人面對與您相似的強制迫遷，只因他們現在所居住的土地變得有價值了。

This issue and other matters of concern to the residents of these last leprosy communities throughout the world will be officially discussed at the next International Leprosy Congress to be held in Hyderabad, India, in January 2008.

2008年1月在印度海德拉巴，將舉辦「國際麻風代表大會」，會中將正式討論這個主題，以及其他關於全球其僅存麻風社區居民居住的相關事務。

IDEA is responsible for developing the panel for this discussion on The Last Leprosy Communities and the Restoration of Family Ties. We are inviting a few people from different places in the world to be panel members.

愛地芽國際協會，正責任發展一個專題小組，討論「全球僅存麻風社區及其家庭連結關係復原」等相關議題。我們目前正廣邀來自世界上不同地方的相關人士，成為專題小組成員。

We would like to invite you to select a resident of Lo Sheng to participate on this panel.

There will also be other sessions at the Congress that will be relevant to your efforts, such as different discussions on Human Rights. This will also be an opportunity for you to get to know IDEA members from around the world and for them to learn more about your efforts.

這個大會同時併設有其他議場與主題，將持續討論您們在捍衛人權上的抗爭經驗與努力。這將是一個很好的機會，讓您們與全球IDEA國際協會的成員有更多互動交流，他們亦將從您的努力中學到寶貴經驗。
