[PayEasy]lay off
進入職場五個月了,
我第一次碰到「資遣員工」,
對我來說,還是很大的震撼~
PayEasy是個會定期資遣員工的公司,
會在每年打完考績後,
讓不適任的員工拿到高於勞基法的資遣費離開。
從管理學的角度來說,
一方面可以去除瘀血,補充新血,
另一方面也讓員工可以學會緊剔,
但真的就那麼簡單嗎?
我想不是,why?
我想只因為我們是"人",
如何面對離去的同仁,即使你對他的績效與態度也很感冒?
如何看著離去的同仁收拾行李?要安慰嗎?該說些什麼?
我想我還沒有能耐應付這樣的狀況。
總覺得這樣的事情離我很遠,
卻沒想到在自己的辦公室中已經發生了,
下次是何時?會輪到自己嗎?
進入職場中,對自己的信心有時很容易崩潰,
但我在努力撐著。

sorry 我那天似乎用太清淡的語氣/態度跟你聊這件事,忽略你才來公司不久的感受,看完我可以理解你的心情,但大家都是這樣過來的(尤其我們部門),重點是...對自己要有信心,篤定、熱情的面對工作,這才是重要的!共勉^^

I am so happy for you to experience such an real life in your youth life., I recalled the first time while I went to Singapore to close office there, I have to lay off 7 employees in total there, they treated me very kind and nice while I just boarded, I felt so bad and ugly, because deep in my mind, I know, few hours later, their feelings would be hurt due to upset, they would be sad due to be betrayed., trust me, it won't be easy., you could be stronger year after year!! however, it will be hurt still to see anyone you work with to be separated/terminated in regrattable.
