This web log is reader-centered and provides you with a quick access to articles purposefully prepared for you through one of the following accesses:
R社 - Rotarian - a person as a member of a Rotary Club
L扶 - Rotary Leader - an officer serving at Rotary club or District level
Y青 - Young Professional or businesspeople: age between 25 yrs and 40 yrs old
C人 - Community resident - a person living in a community with Rotary club/s

For example, as a non-Rotarian (not a member of any Rotary club) young professional, the article with "Y青" code before the "theme" or title - is written for "young professional or business person."
