背景設定為60年代的俄羅斯，裡面處處可以看到俄國式的風格。入選為SICAF首爾國際動漫畫最佳日本動畫賞之一的作品，內容爆笑有趣。整體畫風也跟一般日式動畫差很多，不過蠻討喜的，只是總覺得有韓國味，裡面人物雖然是講日文，怎麼聽起來像韓文咧……應該是錯覺（認真貌）

普京－個性和善有點愚蠢，非常喜歡快樂的事卻常很容易被捲進糾紛裡，是個努力的工人。入獄的原因是宿醉而導致隔天無法上班，被指控為「資本主義者！」而判入獄三年。不過倒是很喜歡監獄中不用工作就有飯吃的舒適生活。

基理連柯－原黑手黨的老大，現在則是死刑犯。原本是雙胞胎的紅兔，被夥伴背叛炸死變得七零八落，結果兩隻被拼成了一隻！所以身上到處都是拼裝的痕跡。是個平常很安靜卻會忽然生氣的危險男人。有潔癖，對於打攪自己的生活韻律的人絕不寬恕！對同室的普京完全沒興趣。

還有一點就是，香取房裡的背景上貼滿了歷史上獨裁者的照片，說不定內心其實早就想征服世界了？XD

這篇作品除了惡搞戰隊影片的諸多元素之外，其實探討了許多深刻的事物，看過的人多少都有些感受，也有許多不同的解讀
