好吃的印度菜菜單研究~

因為本人超愛吃印度菜, 可是每次去吃飯時都看不懂菜單, 所以今天閑來無事(其實不是沒事, 是有事不想作) 把印度菜的菜名全部GOOGLE一遍. 雖然還是有很多沒查到, 但至少知道自己以前都吃了些啥. 不過印度菜真的超好吃阿!!!!我減肥成功後一定要大吃個三天三夜~

以下列表 N 代表北印菜, S 代表南印菜


* Chutney醬通常以洋蔥、大蒜、香料與蔬果製成,概念上很像果醬,但主要常搭配麵包、馬鈴薯泥與起司等在正餐中食用*

沒.....錯.....
尤其我的最愛就是Chicken Makhani, 查完GOOGLE後發現原來是牛油悶雞, 真是感到晴天霹靂阿!!!!

哈哈~不錯阿~
印度菜這個東西跟印度寶萊塢一樣,都是重口味的生猛鮮辣.所以食客的反應要就很喜歡,要就不喜歡,是很兩極化的~
可能跟吃榴璉一樣吧!吃習慣後就愛上它了~
