Byrd Baylor

想多認識Byrd Baylor ，是因為年初時購買一本The Table Where Rich People Sit(1998，Aladdin)。她和繪者Peter Parnall長期的合作，多文又富詩意的字，與背景單純以凸顯主題的插畫，自成一風格，封面的辯識度高，以前就有印象，興致卻總不是那麼高，直到現在真正給自己機會讀過她的作品，一讀就難忘。

第九期的高年級，繼續嘗試不同的閱讀材料與活動方式， Play Time 集合數篇作者Julia Donaldson 的改編故事，劇本對話的文字正好適合Readers Theater呈現，對我們來說是全然一新的閱讀方式。
