[07839]美國防部報告：中國網軍開發病毒 攻擊台灣
謝謝季凡兄寄來這篇報導，年糕耗了一大下午才勉強譯完，詞不達意之處還請多包涵，糕友也可以直接看原文。這是PCWORLD在今(07)年五月底的一篇報導，文中引用美國國防部的年度報告。報告中指出，中國還在持續建置攻防一體的網軍部隊，並不斷撰寫開發病毒程式，並且是以台灣為首要目標。中共對台的超限戰，「可能包含以網路對台灣的政治、軍事、經濟等基礎建設發起攻擊，並削弱台灣民眾對其政府領導的信心。」。台灣論壇上有很多都是「鑲藍正紅軍」，意思就是表面看起來是藍教支持者，實際上卻是「紅幹」，長上中國貓眼的糕友，應該也嗅得出他們那股騷味。那些「紅幹」的中國網Ｘ(糕友可自行代入任何字眼)，學習能力很強，也會學習台灣網友的慣用語法，包含ㄅㄆㄇㄈ，也懂得用台灣的代理伺服器，所以大家請小心了。糕友們，依已往經驗我們也可以一起等等看，看這篇何時會出現「新網名」，進來裝夯(ㄏㄤ)問東問西、導引言論的，那也會很有趣。

The People's Liberation Army (PLA) continues to build cyberwarfare units and develop viruses to attack enemy computer systems as part of its information-warfare strategy, the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) warned in a report released on Friday.
"The PLA has established information warfare units to develop viruses to attack enemy computer systems and networks," the annual DOD report on China's military warned. At the same, Chinese armed forces are developing ways to protect its own systems from an enemy attack, it said, echoing similar warnings made in previous years.
These capabilities are part of China's ongoing military modernization efforts, which have seen the country add dozens of high-tech fighters and ballistic missiles to its arsenal. China isn't alone in building the capability to attack an enemy's computer systems. The U.S. and other countries have developed similar abilities.
The PLA's virus-writing efforts have been underway for years, reflecting the importance that China apparently attaches to information warfare. As early as 2000, the DOD warned, "China has the capability to penetrate poorly protected U.S. computer systems and potentially could use CNA [computer network attacks] to attack specific U.S. civilian and military infrastructures."
In recent years, the PLA has begun training more seriously for computer attacks, including them as part of larger military exercises in 2005.
The main focus of China's military modernization efforts are Taiwan, an island nation that China views as a renegade province. The two separated in 1949 after a civil war between the Communist and Nationalist armies, with the Nationalist forces retreating to Taiwan. China has long threatened to attack Taiwan if the island formally declares independence, and the expansion of China's military capabilities are largely geared towards a possible attack against Taiwan.
"A limited military campaign could include computer network attacks against Taiwan’s political, military, and economic infrastructure to undermine the Taiwan population’s confidence in its leadership," the report said.
But the U.S., which would likely intervene in a Chinese attack on Taiwan, is also a potential target, it said.

我目前使用卡巴xx的防毒軟體,查看背攻擊的紀錄都是從1434port
我能把1434port關掉嗎
另外有3次攻擊的ip是10.10.10.254
從年糕大所教學的方法去查來源竟是內部區網ip位置
是否已被植入木馬.該重灌嗎.抱歉問一堆私人問題

看過布魯斯威利的終極警探4之後，個人覺得這是最有可能發生的事情了。
片中主謀壞蛋(本來就是壞蛋，不然老布就沒必要演正派角色了嘛)透過網路駭客開發病毒程式移植到美國重要的機構的電腦中，如：國防系統、電力系統、金融系統、通訊系統等等…其後果讓片中另一個被老布搭救的駭客感到非常驚訝，他自已一時好奇好玩造成美國空前的損失；雖然老布最後有把主謀給幹掉，但是損失已造成了。
今天，相同劇本在不同時空背景已經上演了，這次是國與國兩方資訊的角力戰了，稍有不甚，造成損失不亞於實際有形物體、財產的損失。老布這部電影，值得我們大家深思！一句話：保密防「馬」，人人有責。千萬別一時好奇下載來路不明的程式，不然有時就成為敵人的助手，反過來打擊自己的國家。

看到中國電腦駭客來勢凶凶,
突然想到木馬是最常用最恐怖的方式.
而馬陰九似乎是一個"人間木馬",
想到藍教徒圍著木馬九歡呼的場面,
不禁讓我想起特洛依屠城前,
特洛依人民一樣是圍著木馬歡呼,
願天祐台灣,
2008千萬不要把木馬九迎進總統府,
祈禱中...................
突然想到木馬是最常用最恐怖的方式.

1.防火牆：這個各位應該知道，畢竟XP就有內建
最好是能開啟並勾選「不允許例外」
2.防毒：這個也不用我說，人人都知道的卡巴是其中代表
3.防木馬：上面提過的Ad-aware是其中代表，但不建議使用
這東西防護力其實很弱
個人是用a-squared Free

至於Ad-aware目前頂多能掃廣告和cookie，木馬方面幾乎無能為力

花小錢買一套防毒軟體,像卡巴斯基等.
不要亂裝敵國的軟體(暗藏木馬很多)電子書也一樣(我咧~~更多).
還有公家的電腦千萬不要亂裝p2p 等軟體

如何防止木馬程式與電腦病毒?
一: 灌完OS後, 記得把剩下的硬碟Space全都放上美女圖
二: 灌完防毒軟體後, 記得自己把網路線拆掉, 保證沒人Hack的了你
三: 網路上要留個人資料時, 請記得留溫小寶的個資
四: 要用信用卡時, 切記用全形字母打, 省了荷包又保護了個資.
五: 網站一定要你留電話時, 最好留個0204開頭的
六: 懷疑有木馬的時候, 在電腦旁放把火, 木馬不耐燒的.
七: 以上各點, 你真的都有去做的話......你要檢查的是人腦, 不是電腦!

Until the US government can start putting up some real facts with real evidence its just hearsay; prejudice hearsay at that.

Then get your f**king computers secured - who cares WHICH country the attacks are originating from, they'll do the same damage anyway. You can't blame a whole country for an insecure network.

Man, this is like old news. A lot of countries including the US have such capabilities within their military. It's becoming more and more a part of modern warfare.
In the same breadth, a friend of mine a few houses down the road has developed the same capability to penetrate poorly protected computer systems and potentially could use CNA [computer network attacks] to attack specific civilian and military infrastructures. I'm not entirely sure about China's motives, but I know this guy's up to no good... And he's got a few friends to help him as well.
