這個版本是在曼徹斯特音樂聖地Hacienda的現場版本，音質很好。"Sally Cinnamon"是The Stone Roses在1987年發行的第二首單曲，即使是貝斯手Mani加入前的作品，並未收錄在首張專輯裡，但前幾個音符出現，你就知道是他們的歌曲了，行雲流水的流暢旋律、酣暢淋漓的器樂演奏，迷幻略帶茫然的歌聲，這的確為The Stone Roses具體成型，風格確立之作。

這也是我最喜歡的The Stone Roses歌曲之一，大學時，到公館宇宙城買了首張專輯，那時他們剛推出延宕多時的第二張專輯不久，我們超迷這個傳說中的樂隊的，很快地，又去找了那張Silvertone廠的單曲集來聽，喜愛程度幾乎要超過Oasis了，每天就聽這幾張唱片。


聽說Oasis的名曲"Don't Look Back in Anger"唱到的莎莉，就是Sally Cinnamon，綠洲他們應該也很迷石玫瑰吧。這麼些年以後，我仍很好奇Sally Cinnamon到底是什麼模樣？
